Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Pass az104. They take effect from 19 August 2026. By creating an account you accept them; if you do not, please do not sign in.
1. Who you are contracting with
Pass az104 is operated by Emanuele Ledda, trading as Pass az104, a sole trader established in Italy.
- VAT number (Partita IVA): 04237890928
- Business register (REA): CA-374294
- Place of establishment: Via Vittorio Emanuele III 102, 09020 Gesturi (SU), Italy
- Email: support@passaz104.com
- Website: https://passaz104.com
Our activity is not subject to any licence, authorisation or supervisory authority beyond ordinary business regulation.
Note for paid subscriptions: when you buy Pro, your contract of sale is with Polar Software, Inc., not with us. See §6.
2. What the service is
Pass az104 is an independent practice-exam tool for candidates preparing for the Microsoft AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) certification. It assembles practice exams from our own question bank, grades your answers, explains them, and shows how your results move over time.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft. Microsoft, Azure and AZ-104 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies and are referred to here only to describe what this tool prepares you for. Our questions are written by us. They are not exam questions, not obtained from Microsoft, and not represented as being either.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing in you confirm you are.
Signing in creates your account — there is no separate registration step and no password. We send a link and a one-time code to your email address, and whoever can read that mailbox can sign in, so keep it secure. You may also sign in with a Google account you control.
One account is for one person. Please do not share your account, your sign-in links or your codes. Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at: it is how you sign in, and it is how we would reach you about your account.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell our questions, explanations or any other part of the service;
- share your account, or use one account for several people;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools against the service, or try to work around plan limits;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data;
- use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
If you do any of this we may suspend or close your account. Where the breach is not serious and can be put right, we will tell you first and give you a chance to.
5. Free and Pro
There are two plans.
- Free — one full-blueprint exam per day, of 10 questions, drawn from the same bank as Pro, with the same explanations and the same statistics. It is a plan, not a trial: it does not expire and needs no payment card.
- Pro — unlimited exams, 10 to 50 questions per exam, and exams aimed at the Azure domains you choose. Billed monthly.
Your plan only ever limits what you can create, never what you have already done. Every exam you have taken, and every explanation in it, stays readable to you for as long as your account exists — on either plan, including after a Pro subscription ends. We build it this way on purpose, and this clause is our commitment to keep it that way.
Your entitlement is worked out from your live subscription status with Polar each time you ask to create an exam. We may change what each plan includes. If a change reduces what Pro includes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or a prominent notice in the service before it applies to you, and you may cancel before it does.
6. Payment and billing
Polar Software, Inc. (3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States) is our merchant of record. When you subscribe to Pro, Polar is the seller: it takes your payment, calculates and remits the VAT or sales tax for your country, issues your invoice, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Polar's buyer terms apply to that sale alongside these terms.
- Price. Pro is €9.99 per month. For customers in the EU and the UK the price shown includes VAT; the exact total for your country is confirmed on the checkout page before you pay. Customers elsewhere may see tax added at checkout according to local convention.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Polar charges the payment method you gave it.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Polar retries over the following weeks. You keep Pro while it does — we do not cut off access on a first failed charge. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends and you return to Free.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. Any change applies to you from a future billing period. Polar or we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the first affected renewal so you can cancel first if you prefer.
- Invoices come from Polar and are emailed to you. You can also download them from the billing portal, which you reach from Settings.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time, from Settings → Manage billing, which opens Polar's billing portal. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and no form to fill in.
When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then move to the Free plan. We do not refund the unused part of a period, and we do not delete anything you created while on Pro.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a new Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund. We do not deduct anything for the days you used, and using Pro during those 14 days does not affect this right.
To withdraw, go to Settings and use the "Withdraw from contract here" function (Recedere dal contratto qui). It appears on the Settings page for the whole 14-day period and takes two steps: the withdrawal function itself, then a confirmation. As soon as you confirm, we send an acknowledgement to your email address recording your declaration and the exact time you sent it — keep it, it is your proof. Your Pro access ends and the refund is issued through Polar.
You may also withdraw by any other clear statement — for example by emailing support@passaz104.com — but the function in Settings is faster and creates the record automatically.
Refunds are issued by Polar because Polar took the payment. The ordinary cancellation rule above applies after the withdrawal period: cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund an already-started period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
None of this limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in that cannot be waived by agreement.
8. Our content and yours
The questions, explanations, software and design of Pass az104 are ours and are protected by copyright. While your account is open we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them to prepare for the exam. That licence does not let you copy, redistribute, publish or resell them, or use them to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model.
Your answers and results are yours. We use them to run the service for you — grading, statistics, your history — and for nothing else. We do not publish them or share them with anyone.
9. What we do not promise
We do not promise you will pass the AZ-104 exam. No practice tool can, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. This service is preparation, not certification, and it is not a substitute for Microsoft's own materials, documentation or training.
We write our questions carefully and correct errors when we find them, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is free of mistakes, nor that the question bank matches the current exam blueprint at every moment — Microsoft changes its exams, and we follow. If you spot something wrong, tell us; it is the fastest way it gets fixed.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There may be downtime for maintenance, and there may be outages at our providers that are outside our control.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, if you are a consumer, your rights under the Codice del Consumo.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunities, for exam fees, or for the outcome of any exam you sit. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or €50 if you are on the Free plan.
11. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent: your profile, your exams and your results are deleted and cannot be restored. If you have an active Pro subscription it is cancelled with Polar as part of the same action, so you are not charged again. We do not refund the remainder of a period you deleted your account part-way through.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. Except where a breach is serious or we have no choice, we will email you first and explain why. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give you at least 30 days' notice, stop charging immediately, and refund any period already paid for.
12. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
If something goes wrong, email support@passaz104.com first — most things are settled that way.
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — price, what a plan includes, your rights here — we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or a prominent notice in the service, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Minor corrections take effect when published, with the date at the top updated.
